SUCCESS GUARANTEE: Does Jon Dykstra or Erika Eineigel guarantee that I’ll be successful with the Kit?
No, we cannot guarantee that you'll have success. But neither could we guarantee success if you hired us to do your claim and/or appeal for you. Since there are independent decision makers deciding your case, neither you nor we have control of the outcome.

However, we believe that using the BC Workers’ Compensation Legal Kit will improve the strength of your claim and/or appeal. The Kit includes the very documents and system we have successfully used for many workers' compensation clients we have represented in the past.

Please view our Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions for further information. Link to these pages at the bottom right of this page.
SUPPORT: What kind of support comes with the Kit?
If you need technical help with opening or using the BC Workers' Compensation Legal Kit, fill out the contact form in our Home page or Contact page to let us know of any difficulties you have.

By purchasing the Kit, however, you have not hired Jon Dykstra or Erika Eineigel to represent you or give you legal advice. The Kit offers legal information only. As such, we cannot offer you any legal support or offer you any support with preparing your claim or appeal.

If you require legal advice or legal information specific to your case, you will need to hire a lawyer or a WCB representative.

Please read our Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions page for further information. You can link to these through the links at the bottom right of this page.
UPDATES: Will I receive updated versions of the Kit?
Yes, we will automatically, free of charge, send you any updated versions of the BC Workers' Compensation Legal Kit to the last e-mail address we have for you. If you don’t wish to receive updated versions, just let us know and we won’t send any updated versions of the Kit to you.
WHO SHOULDN’T BUY: What doesn’t the BC Workers' Compensation Legal Kit cover?
The Kit doesn’t include materials for:

* reopening a WorkSafeBC claim,
* asking WCAT to reconsider a past decision,
* cases involving a worker’s death, or
* discrimination matters.

Therefore, if your only issue(s) are one of the above, then the Kit is not for you. However, if other issues dealing with compensation are involved, then the Kit is for you.

The Kit is for workplace injuries that happen in British Columbia and involve WorkSafeBC. If you were injured outside of B.C., the Kit is not for you. However, if you were injured in a B.C. workplace but live outside B.C., then the Kit is for you.
