We use your personal information only to fulfill your order and to send you, at no cost, updated versions of the Kit and other BC workers’ compensation resources (unless you ask to not receive updated versions and further resources).

If you would like to receive additional legal information, Dykstra & Company from time-to-time sends out informational and promotional materials online and in print to our clients. If you wish to receive these materials, call us at 1 (877) 753-4793, e-mail us at info@dykstralaw.com, or fill out our contact form and ask to be added to our mailing list.
If you are not satisfied with the Kit, you have 60 days (8 weeks) from the date of your purchase to return the Kit for a full refund. We ask that you delete all the materials you downloaded from us that are related to the Kit in exchange for a full refund.
However, we believe that using the BC Workers’ Compensation Legal Kit will improve the strength of your claim and/or appeal. The Kit includes the very documents and system we have successfully used for many workers' compensation clients we have represented in the past.

By purchasing the Kit, however, you have not hired Jon Dykstra or Erika Eineigel to represent you or give you legal advice. The Kit offers legal information only. As such, we cannot offer you any legal support or offer you any support with preparing your claim or appeal.

* reopening a WorkSafeBC claim,
* asking WCAT to reconsider a past decision,
* cases involving a worker’s death, or
* discrimination matters.
Therefore, if your only issue(s) are one of the above, then the Kit is not for you. However, if other issues dealing with compensation are involved, then the Kit is for you.
The Kit is for workplace injuries that happen in British Columbia and involve WorkSafeBC. If you were injured outside of B.C., the Kit is not for you. However, if you were injured in a B.C. workplace but live outside B.C., then the Kit is for you.
